Our Joint Replacement experts can give you a new lease on life, making you more flexible and comfortable. Most of our knee replacement patients are up and walking on the second day following surgery, thanks to our combined years of experience. Knee Replacement Surgery. Replacement of the whole hip joint. Surgery of the Spine. Plasters for Bone Reconstruction and Soft Tissue Injuries

Among the many orthopedic and joint replacement services we provide are the following:

Total Knee And Hip Replacement

The replacement of a hip or a knee is one of the most common orthopedic surgery procedures. Both procedures are highly effective in relieving pain, correcting deformity, and restoring mobility to patients, allowing them to resume the activities they enjoy and reclaim their quality of life. Removing the damaged ball and replacing it with a metal or ceramic ball that attaches to the stem that fits into the femur is part of hip replacement surgery.

Partial Hip Replacement

The ball of the hip joint is removed and replaced in a partial hip replacement. The socket is not replaced by this. Some types of hip fractures are repaired most frequently with this surgery. A metal stem holds the ceramic or metal ball in place.

Minimally Invasive Joint Replacement

For arthritis of the knee, a total knee replacement is an excellent surgical option. These incisions are smaller than the 10-12 inch incisions used in traditional knee replacement procedures, and they spare the quadriceps muscle and tendon, which are responsible for bending knees, from being cut to access the knee joint. Less tissue is cut during minimally invasive surgery resulting in a faster healing and recovery time for patients. Traditional knee replacement surgery requires a 10- to 12-inch-long incision, whereas minimally invasive surgery requires only a 4- to 6-inch-long cut.

Primary And Revision Joint Replacement

Compared to primary total hip replacement, revision total hip replacement is more complicated and takes longer to complete than the primary procedure. In most cases, surgery takes several hours. Your doctor will begin by following the path of the incision that was made during your first total hip replacement.

Complex Trauma Rheumatoid Arthritis Backache, Neck Pain

Joints are damaged by rheumatoid arthritis, which is a degenerative disease. Symptoms of the disease are most common in small joints in the hands and feet, but it can affect any joint in the body. Neck joints are more commonly affected by rheumatoid arthritis than lower back joints, but this is not a rule. It can cause paralysis or even death if the neck is moved in certain positions that compress the spinal cord and brainstem.

Sports Injuries

Injuries sustained while participating in sports or exercising are known as sports-related injuries. Overtraining, lack of conditioning, and improper form or technique can all lead to sports injuries. Sports injuries are more likely to occur if you don’t warm up properly. Injuries from sports can cause bruises, sprains, tears, and even broken bones. There is a possibility that soft tissues such as muscles and ligaments may be affected. Another type of sports injury is traumatic brain injury (TBI). Minor to severe injuries are possible.

Arthroscopy

Diagnose and treat joint problems with arthroscopy. A surgeon inserts a fiber-optic camera-equipped tube through a buttonhole-sized incision in the skin. A high-definition video monitor displays the view from inside your joint.

Arthroplasty

Procedures for joint replacement are known as arthroplasty. By resurfacing the bones, a joint can be repaired. A prosthetic joint (also known as a prosthesis) can be utilized in some cases.

It is our belief at Pancham Hospitals that no one should be left permanently disabled. For orthopedic and joint replacement surgery patients, our high-end diagnostic facilities, which include superior rehabilitation techniques, and Laminar airflow-supported OTs, allow us to reduce your time off work.
